For the past year I’ve been having intermittent back pain and even joint pain at times.
No workout, massage, bed, alcohol, secks made much of a difference.
Recently, I started a long fast.
Hadn’t been fasting regularly for a long time.
Day 4 all the pains and nuisances had been gone and forgotten.
Today is Day 6.
