A personal note about pain

For the past year I’ve been having intermittent back pain and even joint pain at times.

No workout, massage, bed, alcohol, secks made much of a difference.

Recently, I started a long fast.

Hadn’t been fasting regularly for a long time.

Day 4 all the pains and nuisances had been gone and forgotten.

Today is Day 6.

That’s me.

PS: I ended up doing 22 days without any calories consumed – water and toothpaste only. I don’t recommend it.
